The panel explores the concept of Hydrogen Valley – integrated ecosystems for the production, storage, and utilization of green hydrogen. The introductory section will outline the fundamental principles and significance of such projects for the energy transition and industrial decarbonization. Experts will conduct an in-depth analysis of the development process of a Hydrogen Valley project, including infrastructure requirements, technological capacities, and key resources necessary for its realization. A special focus will be placed on identifying potential in Serbia – from renewable energy sources to industrial and logistical opportunities. In conclusion, we will examine specific locations and isolated energy systems with the highest potential to host Serbia’s first Hydrogen Valley project, along with recommendations for further development and institutional support.
